Responsibilities
- Build foundational AI Agent infrastructure, including agent runtimes and frameworks, tool and plugin ecosystems, workflow orchestration, memory and knowledge/RAG systems, evaluation pipelines, observability, and cost governance.
- Develop platform capabilities that enable teams to build and operate AI Agents with access control, auditing, isolation, governance, and reliability guarantees.
- Implement and iterate AI Agent products for security operations assistance, investigation and triage, risk analysis, policy understanding and generation, automated Q&A, and workflow automation.
- Build backend services and APIs for AI Agent application lifecycles and integrations with internal tools, data systems, and business workflows.
- Improve AI application quality and production readiness through evaluation, online experimentation, canary releases, monitoring, fallback mechanisms, and performance optimization.
- Apply emerging AI technologies to high-value security scenarios in partnership with security experts and product teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in at least one of Go, Java, Python, C, C++, C#, or JavaScript, with strong backend engineering skills.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, operating systems, networking, and databases.
- Hands-on system design and engineering experience with distributed systems, service architecture, caching, messaging, and highly available backend services.
- Strong problem-solving, execution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred: experience with AI Agent systems, LLM applications, RAG, tool use, workflow orchestration, or AI application infrastructure.
- Preferred: experience productionizing AI/ML applications, including evaluation, prompt/system optimization, online quality improvement, and reliability engineering.
- Preferred: interest in applying advanced AI technologies to security and enterprise scenarios.
