Base Salary
$166k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop core Command and Control software for the Lattice platform.
- Manage real-time telemetry and health tasks on military vehicles.
- Enable operators to plan missions and visualize maps.
- Integrate autonomous systems with military radio links.
- Design failure modes for lost-comms scenarios.
- Collaborate with specialist teams to solve complex problems.
- Travel up to 30% of the time for testing and deployment.
Requirements
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
- 3+ years of production-grade C++ and/or Rust experience in a Linux environment.
- Experience integrating autonomous systems with military radio links.
- Ability to build robust link-switching logic for degraded RF environments.
- Experience with significant data processing and analysis.
- Desire to work on critical software with real-world impact.
