Base Salary
$245k - $345k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy ML and LLM-powered models for fraud detection.
- Lead the architecture of fraud detection and prevention systems.
- Build intelligent user graphs to model behavioral patterns.
- Develop scalable data pipelines for high-volume ML workloads.
- Conduct deep data analysis to uncover fraud trends.
- Collaborate with Trust & Safety, Payments, and Infrastructure teams.
- Implement model monitoring and drift detection systems.
- Contribute to fraud risk orchestration for decision automation.
- Define and track key metrics for fraud detection effectiveness.
- Stay updated on emerging fraud tactics and adapt systems accordingly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in machine learning or software engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries like scikit-learn and PyTorch.
- Solid backend development skills and experience deploying ML models.
- Experience in data analysis and ETL for data pipeline building.
- Familiarity with fraud detection techniques.
- Experience with data orchestration frameworks and feature store design.
- Ability to translate business risk into measurable ML solutions.
