Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Use AI-assisted coding tools to build, refactor, document, test, debug, and architect enterprise applications.
- Architect and develop a custom ERP platform supporting inventory, procurement, manufacturing, scheduling, CRM, finance integrations, reporting, and operational dashboards.
- Translate ambiguous business processes into scalable software, workflow automation tools, and operational applications.
- Design and maintain APIs, third-party integrations, database schemas, and data-integrity controls.
- Develop responsive web applications, portals, and administrative dashboards.
- Prototype concepts rapidly, iterate with stakeholders, and collaborate with operations, leadership, and end users.
- Review and validate AI-generated code for quality, maintainability, and security.
- Establish development standards, deployment pipelines, and engineering workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong full-stack experience building enterprise or operational software systems.
- Experience architecting and developing scalable business applications.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development workflows and tools.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, relational databases, API design and integrations, authentication and authorization, enterprise security, and scalable application design.
- Proficiency with technologies such as TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, React/Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Docker, and cloud platforms.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently from ambiguous requirements and complete projects.
- Preferred experience with ERP, MES, manufacturing, supply-chain, multi-tenant, workflow, RBAC, reporting and BI, AI-agent, OCR, document-processing, EDI, DevOps, cloud-infrastructure, or LLM-integrated systems.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
