Responsibilities
- Support implementation testing, validation, go-live activities, and production stabilization for client deployments.
- Review clinical documents, metadata, mappings, source files, inventories, manifests, and reconciliation results for data quality and accuracy.
- Assist with AWS-based workflows and develop or maintain Python, SQL, and related automation scripts.
- Support historical clinical data migrations, investigate discrepancies and processing failures, and document validation outcomes.
- Monitor system performance, processing volumes, queues, and operational dashboards while troubleshooting cloud storage, data processing, and integration issues.
- Participate in incident response and root-cause analysis and help improve reliability, visibility, and operational efficiency.
- Create technical documentation, runbooks, and support procedures and use AI-assisted tools for development, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in software engineering, technical support, cloud operations, data engineering, DevOps, implementation support, or a related technical role.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, with foundational SQL skills and experience with Python or another scripting language.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Preferred: experience with AWS S3, Athena, Lambda, or CloudWatch; healthcare IT or interoperability; HL7, FHIR, CCD, or C-CDA; client implementations; monitoring and logging tools; automation; data-processing workflows; or AI-assisted development tools.
