Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Evaluate and improve software components for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Participate in code reviews and uphold software quality standards.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Share knowledge and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with Calypso (Software).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software solutions.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to custom software development.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
- Good communication skills for collaboration within diverse teams.
