Responsibilities
- Build next-generation data pipelines for near real-time ingestion of security insights.
- Architect highly scalable data pipelines and solve real-time stream processing challenges.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design innovative solutions.
- Evaluate and contribute to open source technologies.
- Assist other teams in architecting their systems on the data platform.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in building highly scalable distributed data systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Golang.
- Strong skills in data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with real-time stream processing systems using Flink, Spark, or similar.
- Familiarity with distributed datastores like Druid, Mongo, Cassandra, or BigQuery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bonus for contributions to the open source community.
- BSCS or equivalent required; MSCS or equivalent preferred.
