Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of AI-powered engineering tools across customer and internal projects.
- Identify engineering challenges and design practical AI solutions that improve productivity, quality, and delivery speed.
- Create, configure, and deploy AI agents supporting engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project teams, engineering specialists, business stakeholders, external partners, and the AI Core Team.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, pilot new capabilities, and scale successful AI solutions.
- Support implementation of AI-driven workflows and best practices.
- Gather user feedback, measure business impact, and continuously improve AI solutions.
Requirements
- Strong engineering background and ability to understand complex industrial processes, project workflows, and customer requirements.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, copilots, agents, or workflow automation platforms.
- Ability to translate business and engineering challenges into practical AI solutions with measurable value.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering teams, business stakeholders, and AI experts.
- Curiosity, creativity, willingness to experiment, and ability to learn and drive innovation.
