Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance testing of highly complex software applications.
- Ensure information systems products and services meet organizational standards and end-user requirements.
- Write test plans, detailed test scripts, and test cases based on functional requirements and programming specifications.
- Test software for proper operation and freedom from defects before implementation.
- Document and help resolve software problems.
- Develop improvements to current procedures and models of possible future configurations.
- Perform workflow analysis and recommend quality improvements.
- Establish software quality standards and advanced testing standards and methods.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of related quality assurance and testing experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven technical writing ability.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
- Ability to collaborate with onshore and offshore teams.
- Ability to work independently and productively.
- Adaptability to change and new technologies and processes.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
