Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance C++ applications.
- Own and evolve performance-critical paths from market data ingestion through order handling.
- Conduct deep-dive performance tuning, memory analysis, and kernel-level optimizations.
- Provide technical guidance through design-quality and performance sign-off.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in modern C++ and solid knowledge of STL and Boost.
- Strong understanding of object lifetime, memory management, and ownership.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments, multithreading, concurrency, and real-time systems.
- Experience with tools such as CMake, GDB, Valgrind, Vtune, Git, ASAN, and TSAN.
- Analytical problem-solving ability for troubleshooting complex bottlenecks and system failures.
