Responsibilities
- Shape digital transformation initiatives for global clients while considering their overall technical solutions and circumstances.
- Drive strategic IT implementation and transformation projects using modern approaches and agile methods.
- Analyze client situations and market developments to support tailored, future-oriented customer journeys.
- Design and optimize IT architectures, custom software developments, and sustainable digital solutions.
- Actively steer relevant project modules and collaborate with interdisciplinary, global teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor-level degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline with above-average grades.
- At least 2 years of relevant IT consulting experience implementing transformation and implementation projects across strategy and operations.
- Technical knowledge and experience with typical end-to-end processes in an ERP context.
- Strong understanding and communication of complex topics in both Greek and English.
- Flexibility, willingness to travel, and ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary and global contexts.
