Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full stack and Windows-based business applications.
- Develop and support applications using C#/.NET and related technologies.
- Design, develop, and support REST/SOAP API integrations and JSON/XML data exchanges between enterprise systems.
- Develop SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database objects, and resolve complex application and data issues.
- Develop and maintain operational and business reports using SSRS and Power BI.
- Support MES/Camstar workflows, task-list development, Five9 integrations, SOAP APIs, and block-based development tools.
- Troubleshoot and improve applications, integrations, reports, and automated processes while identifying root causes and sustainable solutions.
- Manage assigned application development work from analysis through implementation and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to less-experienced team members and contribute to technical reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant software or application engineering and development experience.
- Hands-on experience with C#/.NET and SQL Server.
- Experience independently developing, supporting, and integrating production business applications across the software lifecycle.
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and delivering reliable solutions.
- Python or PowerShell scripting and task automation experience.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce API, Azure services and administration, Linux, and Power Automate flows and integrations.
- Ability to export reports and verify claim data in Oracle Cloud; training may be provided.
- Applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Chelmsford, MA.
