Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, testing, and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Plan and execute software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor team members and coordinate communication between technical and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in automated testing.
- Proficiency in automated testing and experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot automated test scripts and environments.
- Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies for comprehensive test coverage.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
