Responsibilities
- Design, configure, customize, and maintain Siebel CRM applications using Siebel Tools.
- Implement business logic with Siebel Workflow Processes, Business Services, Task UI, and Siebel eScript.
- Develop and maintain enterprise integrations using EAI, REST Web Services, and SOAP Web Services.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and assist with Oracle database connectivity, performance tuning, and schema updates.
- Provide Tier 3 support, including crash-log analysis, environment troubleshooting, and resolution of data synchronization defects.
- Provide technical leadership, make independent design decisions, and guide implementation across Siebel and integrated enterprise solutions.
- Support migration, incremental deployment, testing, UAT, and production support through full project lifecycles.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of hands-on Siebel CRM development and configuration experience.
- Expert knowledge of Siebel architecture and its Data Objects, Business Objects, and User Interface layers.
- Strong proficiency with Siebel Workflow Processes, Business Services, and custom eScripting.
- Deep understanding of EAI, Integration Objects, Data Maps, and REST/SOAP Web Services.
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, including experience addressing timeout issues.
- Experience with Siebel migration processes, incremental deployment, and full software product lifecycles.
- Experience delivering projects using Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Preferred: experience with Siebel versions 24.x through 26.x, Web Tools, Workspace management, and cloud migrations to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or hybrid cloud environments.
