Responsibilities
- Learn about ATS systems and international laws governing background checks.
- Unify code and user experience across background check evaluations.
- Collaborate with staff engineers and leadership to design solutions.
- Communicate with internal and external developers to enhance productivity.
Requirements
- Over 7 years of full-stack software development experience.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages, preferably Ruby and JavaScript (React.js).
- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including databases, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
