Base Salary
$153k - $213k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead development of new fraud prediction models using various data approaches.
- Build and scale feature pipelines and training datasets from proprietary and third-party signals.
- Prototype new modeling ideas and features, running offline experiments.
- Integrate models into batch and/or real-time decision systems.
- Monitor model and data health, defining retraining and backtesting workflows.
- Identify and implement foundational improvements in model building.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Fraud Analytics, Product, and ML Platform teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in researching, training, tuning, and launching ML models at scale.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact machine learning models in low latency settings.
- Strong Python skills with experience in writing production-quality code.
- Experience with tabular classification models, preferably using gradient-boosted decision trees.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks, preferably PyTorch.
- Experience with distributed data processing or parallel compute frameworks, such as Spark.
- Proficient in ML lifecycle tooling for training orchestration and model monitoring.
