Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance the T Cloud Public public cloud platform in a customer-oriented manner.
- Solve complex problems in the daily operation of a hyperscale cloud backend.
- Work hands-on with hardware and console-based systems.
- Develop and operate monitoring and quality assurance.
- Automate infrastructure using common automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with a team of cloud and infrastructure specialists.
Requirements
- Completed studies in a technical, engineering, or scientific subject, or comparable professional training.
- IT experience focused on modern cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of software-defined networks, routing, firewalls, physical networks, and infrastructure automation.
- Experience with Linux and network-related services.
- Customer focus and the ability to assess technical solutions and develop creative approaches.
- Knowledge of agile development processes.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- OpenStack and programming experience in open-source projects are advantageous.
