Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales technical, operational, and value-oriented support to internal and external customers.
- Support the Plex Sales Team in customer digital-transformation engagements involving Manufacturing Execution Systems and Manufacturing Operations Management.
- Focus on the implementation and deployment of Plex offerings.
- Ensure consistent and efficient handoff of engagements to the delivery organization.
- Interact with and influence stakeholders across all levels of the company.
- Travel moderately to extensively, primarily within the assigned region and potentially to other global regions.
Requirements
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with and influence people across all levels of the company.
- Bring strong commercial, product, service, solution, and application skills.
- Be able to support customer engagements involving MES and MOM solutions.
