Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure Salesforce applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and multiple teams to gather requirements, make technical decisions, and coordinate project delivery.
- Provide solutions and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement team best practices that improve efficiency and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor junior team members.
- Integrate Salesforce solutions with enterprise systems and platforms.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- Strong expertise in application design and configuration within Salesforce environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce application issues.
- Experience integrating Salesforce solutions with enterprise systems and platforms.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle best practices and agile methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Salesforce Lightning Web Components and Salesforce Omnistudio Platform experience are preferred.
