Responsibilities
- Support client growth and retention across Northern Europe.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to land and expand strategic accounts.
- Build compelling demos, POCs, and solution narratives.
- Present at events and run workshops to engage clients.
- Provide feedback to Yext Product for roadmap direction.
- Lead or support technical RFP/RFI responses.
- Travel within the region and occasionally to the US and wider Europe.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or similar University level education.
- 3-5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering.
- Proven track record of quota attainment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and product experiences.
- Experience with database architecture and full-stack web development.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience in a MEDDPICC Sales Process or similar.
- Proactive and self-directed with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Multilingual skills are a bonus, especially in French, German, or Italian.
