Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged and SaaS applications using standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms.
- Implement and configure ServiceNow Sales and Order Management, Order Orchestration, and Order Activation capabilities.
- Develop order decomposition, orchestration, fulfillment, and activation workflows.
- Configure products, bundles, promotions, pricing rules, product catalogs, and product models.
- Support the transaction lifecycle across Opportunity, Quote, Order, Agreement, and Product Inventory.
- Map commercial products and services to technical products and services.
- Integrate ServiceNow SOM/SOMT and Logik CPQ with OSS/BSS and external systems.
- Troubleshoot CPQ integrations and support quote-to-order handoffs into Order Management.
- Refine features into user stories within Agile and SAFe delivery teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Sales and Order Management, with a focus on Order Management, Order Orchestration, and Order Activation.
- Strong experience with order decomposition, orchestration, fulfillment, and activation workflows.
- Working knowledge of Logik CPQ product catalog configuration, product modeling, complex products, bundles, commercial offers, configuration rules, validation rules, dependencies, and pricing logic.
- Experience with REST APIs, IntegrationHub, or middleware for application integrations.
- Awareness of Logik Open APIs and CPQ integration with ServiceNow.
- ServiceNow CSA and ServiceNow CAD certifications are mandatory.
- Telecommunications industry experience and knowledge of order management, order activation, service fulfillment, product catalogs, Product Inventory, and Service Inventory are preferred.
- Hands-on Logik CPQ implementation and ServiceNow SOMT integration experience are preferred.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Playbook, IntegrationHub, TM Forum standards, CRM, OSS/BSS, and provisioning systems is preferred.
- SOMT Accreditation, ServiceNow CIS or other relevant implementation certifications, and TM Forum or telecommunications certifications are preferred.
- Fluent English is required; German is a plus.
