Responsibilities
- Design and document technical approaches for AEM business requirements and present solutions for technical approval.
- Develop and deliver enterprise AEM integrations and custom solutions across the full project lifecycle.
- Gather technical and functional requirements from business teams and translate them into AEM solutions.
- Build and maintain AEM components, editable templates, workflows, integrations, caching, replication, tagging, personalization, and analytics capabilities.
- Configure Dispatcher, multi-tenant AEM solutions, MSM, Blueprinting, Live Copy, language copies, and activation or deactivation jobs.
- Support existing AEM implementations through enhancements, troubleshooting, bug fixes, administration, and performance improvements.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance and direction to development teams.
- Research technologies and formulate reusable, efficient solutions aligned with technical and business goals.
- Implement and troubleshoot analytics, targeting, personalization, SEO, data layers, and tagging solutions.
- Design and support deployment and CI/CD processes for cloud and in-house environments.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience delivering enterprise solutions.
- At least 4 years of experience developing with AEM Touch UI version 6.4 or higher; AEM as a Cloud Service experience is preferred.
- At least 4 years of experience designing and executing AEM Sites builds using editable templates, Touch UI components, React, Sightly, JSP, Java, and Angular.
- Experience with AEM components, client libraries, taxonomy, metadata management, replication, workflows, content publishing, tagging, campaigns, analytics, and targeting.
- Experience with Sling Models, OSGi configuration, Context Hub, content fragments, multi-site management, Blueprinting, Live Copy, language copies, and Dispatcher configuration.
- Experience with back-end integrations, search integrations, authentication handlers, web services, commerce platforms, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, and product management systems.
- Experience with server-side caching, including Symphony and EHcache, and with front-end and server-side debugging.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, Adobe Target or DoubleClick, and Google Tag Manager or Adobe Launch.
- Experience with Bitbucket, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, cloud hosting platforms, and CI/CD process design.
- Experience implementing, enhancing, and troubleshooting AEM installations and administration issues.
- AEM Developer or Adobe AEM Advanced Developer certification is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer relationship-building, ownership, accountability, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, GDPR presentation customization, SEO debugging, and performance improvement is expected or preferred.
