Responsibilities
- Build loops, graphs, and multi-step agent workflows for hardware network simulation and analysis.
- Convert simulation models, specifications, design documents, and source code into accurate agent context.
- Partner with network architects to translate their workflows into daily-use agent workflows.
- Optimize simulation tooling for execution time, compute cost, and end-to-end latency.
- Define evaluation and regression testing for prompts, graphs, and context sources.
- Build observability for agent runs and diagnose failures.
- Develop secure and reliable agent workflow guidelines covering data handling, access control, and interaction boundaries.
- Resolve sophisticated integration issues between agents and internal tooling.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with ownership of production systems from design through deployment.
- Expert-level C++ programming skills and strong Python skills.
- Strong understanding of hardware-aware full-stack systems, including memory, I/O, networking, and accelerators.
- Practical knowledge of agent loops, tool interfaces, context retrieval and management, and AI model failure modes.
- Understanding of inference serving, including request lifecycles, batching, caching, throughput, latency, and cost tradeoffs.
- Preferred qualifications include hardware simulation software, networking protocols or fabrics, switching, RDMA, inference-serving engines, GPU programming, profiling, and experience building or fine-tuning generative models.
