Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of new features and improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements.
- Establish best practices for Event Driven Architecture and API design.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence.
- Contribute to quality improvements within the team and organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, Python, Ruby, or Typescript.
- Experience in building highly observable systems.
