Responsibilities
- Capture client requirements and lead solution architecture development for current and future business needs.
- Advise clients on AI best practices and deliver scalable, efficient machine learning and generative AI solutions.
- Lead teams and projects across requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and delivery.
- Define business scenarios that can benefit from machine learning and generative AI.
- Explore and analyze data using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Foundry.
- Implement data pipelines and workflows to operationalize machine learning and generative AI solutions.
- Run experiments and monitor machine learning solution performance.
- Deploy AI solutions while following coding, security, and CI/CD best practices.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and customers.
- Deliver solutions to agreed quality, budget, and timescale standards.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other programming languages for data analysis, machine learning, and generative AI.
- Experience integrating and deploying AI solutions at scale using Azure services.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services, preferably Azure, for data science and machine learning.
- Experience with one or more generative AI and LLM frameworks or tools.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and techniques.
- Experience with data visualization and storytelling techniques.
- Understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, bias mitigation, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
- Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, and/or Databricks.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Copilot stack, including Copilot Studio.
- Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Cloud Developer Associate, Machine Learning Operations Engineer Associate, or Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect certification is a plus.
- Consultancy experience or demonstrable consulting skills are a plus.
- Positive, proactive, curious, and collaborative approach with an interest in consulting and change management.
