Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable automation solutions for game Quality Control challenges.
- Analyze requirements and translate business problems into functional and technical requirements.
- Develop system architectures, interfaces, frameworks, and non-functional requirements for automation solutions.
- Guide Programming Leads and technical teams on framework implementation and architecture best practices.
- Evaluate technologies, develop proof-of-concepts, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Represent the QC Tech team in global technical discussions and contribute to organization-wide technical strategy.
- Define training plans for technical teams and coordinate execution with the Learning and Development Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in C++, C#, Python, and Web API development.
- Hands-on experience in architectural design and creating automation frameworks.
- Strong experience developing and validating proof-of-concepts for new technologies.
- Deep understanding of performance optimization and scalable system design.
- Strong understanding of application architectures and their interconnectivity.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, influence stakeholders, and collaborate with global technology teams.
