Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operation of software systems across multiple platforms and environments.
- Provide technical and customer support while troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining mission-critical applications.
- Use low-code/no-code tools to streamline workflows, automate processes, and enhance system capabilities.
- Install, configure, deploy, and maintain software systems and components in diverse user environments.
- Monitor system performance and address potential issues proactively.
- Manage user accounts and permissions with attention to security, efficiency, and user experience.
- Create technical documentation and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
- Log, track, and resolve support tickets in a timely and customer-focused manner.
- Collaborate with technical teams and contribute to continuous improvement and a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 5 years and up to 20 years of professional experience in software development, technical support, or system administration in a production or enterprise environment.
- Full-stack development experience with at least one backend language and one frontend framework or library, such as Java, C++, Angular, React, or JSP.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and relational databases such as MSSQL or Oracle.
- Hands-on experience configuring, deploying, or maintaining software in hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
- Experience with issue tracking and support workflow tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
- Working knowledge of Git and SVN.
- Understanding of system security principles, including access control, identity management, and secure software configuration.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, diagnostic, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Public Trust clearance.
- Preferred qualifications include advanced experience with React, Angular, Node.js, or Spring; a master’s degree or equivalent experience; complex SQL experience; exposure to Jenkins, GitHub, CI/CD, or infrastructure automation; and experience in enterprise IT or customer-facing technical roles.
