Responsibilities
- Lead client conversations and internal engineering discussions for complex automation requirements and reusable assets.
- Architect multi-agent orchestration frameworks, RAG pipelines, and LLM-integrated automation workflows.
- Design and develop AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and RPA automation solutions integrated with enterprise and cloud systems.
- Provide technical solutions for client proofs of concept and manage automation initiatives responding to RFPs or delivery optimization needs.
- Coordinate technical teams for deployments, automation pipeline testing, and product enhancements.
- Govern delivery against approved architecture baselines and support solution pursuit planning, requirements gathering, and execution.
Requirements
- 7+ years of IT industry experience, including AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, application services, system integration, transformation, or cloud advisory work.
- 2+ years leading teams as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect on AI-led automation programs.
- Experience architecting multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, LLM-integrated workflows, integration architectures, and data/RAG architectures.
- Experience with enterprise systems including ERP, ITSM, CRM, and cloud platforms.
- Industry exposure in financial services, retail and CPG, life sciences, aerospace/manufacturing, or managed services/AMS.
- Experience with observability and AIOps architectures, including Dynatrace, Datadog, or ServiceNow.
- Engineering bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute, master's degree, or diploma in management.
- Preferred experience shaping and responding to RFP and RFI pursuits, including techno-functional and commercial solution aspects.
- Preferred cloud, prompt engineering, AI/ML, Generative AI platform, ITIL, PMP, or TOGAF certifications.
- Strong communication, client relationship, influencing, problem-solving, business-technology alignment, and AI/automation operating model skills.
