Base Salary
$131k - $178k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AI/ML solutions on AWS for customer needs.
- Select, train, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning models and generative AI applications.
- Identify high-value customer use cases, gather requirements, and develop implementation strategies.
- Conduct experiments, create GenAI performance benchmarks, and optimize solutions for scale, performance, and cost.
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and responsible AI/ML recommendations throughout project delivery.
- Advise customers on emerging AI/ML technologies and effective use of diverse data sources.
- Mentor team members, provide training, create reusable AI/ML artifacts, and prototype new technologies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with machine learning or statistical modeling, data analysis tools and techniques, and factors affecting model performance.
- Current, active TS/SCI U.S. government security clearance.
- Experience defining and creating benchmarks to assess generative AI model performance.
- Experience applying quantitative analysis to business problems and working on multi-team, cross-disciplinary projects.
- At least 2 years of vision-language model or computer vision experience.
- Preferred knowledge of AWS services across compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies.
- Preferred experience with cloud performance optimization, cost management, and cloud architecture and solution implementation.
- A master's degree or higher in a STEM field is preferred.
- Preferred ability to translate technical analysis and metrics into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
