Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain new enterprise product features.
- Own feature delivery with responsibility for quality, scalability, and performance.
- Design and maintain end-to-end, API, and integration test automation.
- Perform exploratory manual testing and define feature- and module-level test strategies.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and teammates throughout analysis, refinement, and development.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
- Mentor and support less experienced engineers through pair programming, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
- Improve automation, CI/CD pipelines, development tools, and engineering practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience with C# and .NET or .NET Framework.
- Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise applications in .NET and C#.
- Expertise with automation frameworks, CI/CD, Microsoft Azure, and pipeline management.
- Experience with Git, TeamCity, Azure DevOps, manual testing, and QA best practices.
- Understanding of cloud and on-premises infrastructure, software architecture, design patterns, and Domain-Driven Design.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with XP practices including TDD, pair programming, and continuous integration.
- Ability to mentor, guide, and inspire other developers.
- Proficient written and spoken English; readiness to learn APL is required.
- FinTech, capital-markets, financial-domain, or derivatives experience is advantageous.
