Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery to identify high-feasibility, high-impact customer use cases for NEXUS.
- Partner with Sales to build demos, run competitive benchmarks, and prototype solutions using customer data.
- Own customer technical strategy and relationships with senior business and technical stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end delivery projects and coordinate Forward Deployed Engineers and customer teams.
- Design production-grade solution architectures and integration patterns for on-premises, VPC, and legacy environments.
- Translate customer and field patterns into engineering tickets for Product and Research.
- Create reusable deployment strategies and reference architectures for the Solutions Architect team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in technical consulting or customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Data Scientist, Sales Engineer, or ML Engineer.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical implementations involving traditional machine learning and/or modern generative AI systems.
- Understanding of cloud and on-premises architectures and experience working with enterprise customers through complex deployment cycles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on proficiency with Python, Pandas, and SQL for data manipulation, rapid prototyping, and customer dataset analysis.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, manage trade-offs, own problems end-to-end, learn quickly, and deliver outcomes.
