Responsibilities
- Develop complex SQL data transformations and analytics engineering workflows.
- Build and maintain dbt models, materializations, incremental models, macros, Jinja, tests, snapshots, seeds, sources, documentation, lineage, and packages.
- Work with cloud data platforms including Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Amazon Redshift.
- Support data quality frameworks and production data engineering initiatives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or related fields.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with dbt in production environments.
- Strong expertise in SQL and complex data transformation development.
- Strong understanding of dbt Core and/or dbt Cloud.
- Experience with dbt models, materialization, incremental models, macros, Jinja, dbt tests, data quality frameworks, snapshots, seeds, sources, documentation, lineage, and dbt packages.
- Strong experience with at least one cloud data platform: Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Amazon Redshift.
