Base Salary
$140k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of AI Engineers.
- Lead the technical design and implementation of AI agent components, generative AI integrations, and underlying infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine requirements, estimate work, and deliver AI features on schedule.
- Establish code review processes and maintain code quality, security, and maintainability.
- Act as the primary technical escalation point for complex engineering problems.
- Coach engineers on technical skills and agentic AI architectures.
- Evaluate tools, libraries, and frameworks that improve team efficiency and capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience developing agentic solutions.
- Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and MLOps tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience overseeing the technical design and implementation of complex AI agent components.
- Hands-on experience designing AI agents using Retrieval Augmented Generation architectures and fine-tuning techniques.
- Expertise managing the performance, scalability, and reliability of AI models in production.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience conducting code reviews, leading knowledge-sharing sessions, and making technology and framework decisions.
- Preferred qualifications include Linux/Unix scripting, experience with multiple cloud platforms, and Solution Architect Associate certification, preferably in GCP or AWS.
