Base Salary
$138k - $231k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend services and components for analytics products.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and high availability of distributed systems.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to develop user-facing features.
- Participate in design discussions and conduct thorough code reviews.
- Utilize monitoring tools to diagnose and resolve performance issues.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in a Software Engineering role, preferably in backend or data systems.
- B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Strong foundation in programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Proficiency in at least one modern backend language such as Python, Java, C++, Typescript, or Go.
- Experience building high-performance, scalable backend systems on AWS or similar cloud providers.
- Knowledge of both relational and NoSQL databases.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
