Base Salary

$77k - $107k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.
  • Identify and define system enhancements using script tools and code analysis.
  • Consult with users, clients, and technology groups and recommend programming solutions.
  • Install and support customer-facing systems.
  • Analyze applications for vulnerabilities and security issues and conduct testing and debugging.
  • Resolve application issues and recommend and implement solutions.
  • Advise or coach new and lower-level analysts.
  • Assess and escalate control, compliance, and risk issues appropriately.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
  • Intermediate-level experience in an applications development role.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
  • Ability to operate with limited direct supervision and exercise independent judgment.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $76,560.00–$106,840.00.
