Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end machine learning solutions.
- Work in small, cross-functional product teams.
- Collaborate with economists, data scientists, and machine learning engineers.
- Develop high-impact solutions to support growth plans.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand problems and recommend solutions.
- Drive organization-wide initiatives.
Requirements
- PhD in Economics or related field, or 3-5 years of industry experience.
- Blend of economic theory, applied econometrics, and business skills.
- Expertise in causal inference with observational and experimental data.
- Strong engineering skills in R or Python, and fluency in SQL and machine learning tools.
- Ability to prioritize high-impact problems and deliver effective solutions.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
