Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain agentic AI software components under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Investigate and prototype approaches for AI agent reasoning, planning, tool usage, memory, and self-improvement.
- Apply agentic AI techniques to improve software robustness, performance, and scalability.
- Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and technical reviews.
- Run experiments evaluating AI agent behavior, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with software, research, and product teams to deliver AI software solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in artificial intelligence or machine learning.
- Fundamental understanding of machine learning, deep learning, large language models, and modern AI architectures.
- Basic understanding of agentic concepts and autonomous systems.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, fine-tuning versus inference-time control, and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Strong foundation in software engineering principles and proficiency in Python.
- Familiarity with Linux development environments and Git.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Preferred: academic or project experience with AI agent frameworks, autonomous systems, prompt engineering, tool calling, workflow orchestration, retrieval-augmented or knowledge-based AI systems, embedded development, AI model and system evaluation, edge AI, or agentic AI.
- Internship, thesis, or research experience is preferred.
