Responsibilities

  • Design and lead architecture for scalable enterprise business applications and integrations.
  • Identify and implement improvements in application architecture, performance, maintainability, security, scalability, and reusability.
  • Lead major development, integration, and application implementation projects with multiple components or sub-projects.
  • Review technical designs and code changes and provide direction to application implementation teams and developers.
  • Develop technical roadmaps and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
  • Communicate complex architecture and development concepts to technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Recommend technologies, development standards, tools, libraries, and frameworks for feature development.
  • Balance technical work with new business features and organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with business and IT leaders to determine system-wide design impacts and validate project effort estimates.
  • Evaluate new technologies and mentor less experienced team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or another relevant field.
  • At least 9 years of relevant experience developing and architecting scalable n-tier enterprise business applications.
  • At least 9 years of experience defining and implementing application development and integration best practices and processes.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing technology solutions and designing, enhancing, and developing single- and multi-system applications.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
  • Desired experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Agile, Demantra, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, service-oriented architectures, Java, Node, Vue, and web development.
