Responsibilities
- Study the state of the art in 3D mapping, pose estimation, spatial localization, and embedded AI.
- Acquire, process, and synchronize image streams using a framework such as ROS and enable communication between multiple devices.
- Develop real-time solutions to process and aggregate data from multiple static and mobile agents.
- Integrate navigation solutions and intelligent vision features into a robotic agent.
- Design and implement real-time demonstrators on the target platform.
Requirements
- Be a final-year engineering-school student seeking a six-month graduation internship, with a specialization in computer vision or image processing.
- Have knowledge of image acquisition, preprocessing, and image processing.
- Preferably have experience or knowledge in embedded systems, robotics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
- Be proficient with several relevant tools, including Python, C/C++, OpenCV, and PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Demonstrate responsiveness, rigor, autonomy, and a service-oriented approach.
