Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance search retrieval and ranking models.
- Design and build algorithms for high-quality answer recommendations.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers.
- Deploy machine learning models and integrate large language models.
- Ensure high uptime and low latency for search pipelines.
- Contribute to technical and product strategy for search products.
Requirements
- 3-10+ years of experience as a machine learning or software engineer.
- Proficient in building machine learning models using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with search and recommender systems.
- Skilled in production-quality code development using Python and Golang.
- Familiar with GraphQL, REST, and API design.
- Experience with large-scale data stacks like Kubeflow and BigQuery.
