Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of fine-tuning strategies for large language models.
- Analyze model outputs and behavior and implement improvements to contextual understanding and performance.
- Handle large-scale datasets and support domain-specific adaptation of language models.
- Optimize model training workflows in distributed computing environments.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align model development with project and stakeholder requirements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working with Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques and model fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience handling large-scale datasets and adapting language models to specific domains.
- Ability to analyze model behavior and improve contextual understanding.
- Familiarity with programming languages and machine learning frameworks.
- Capability to work with distributed computing environments and optimize model training workflows.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
