Responsibilities
- Lead advanced technical support and troubleshooting for US and international customers through phone, web, email, and on-site visits.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on JTAG Boundary Scan and ScanWorks BST.
- Collaborate with Development and Product Management to resolve escalated issues and influence product enhancements.
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers and partners.
- Develop and maintain ScanWorks BST Device Models for test coverage and memory device programming.
- Mentor and train junior engineers on technical processes and customer engagement.
- Contribute to process improvements and customer-success programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in hardware/software development or technical support, preferably in test engineering or embedded systems.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and a disciplined approach.
- Ability to lead projects and mentor team members.
- Preferred experience with CAD tools, schematic reading, and board layout.
- Preferred knowledge of JTAG Boundary Scan Test methodologies and IEEE 1149.1.
- Preferred proficiency in Python, Visual Basic, VBScript, and TCL.
- Preferred experience with National Instruments LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, and TestStand.
- Preferred familiarity with advanced test strategies and automation frameworks.
