Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy maintainable backend and frontend features.
Own projects from conception through delivery and manage blockers or challenges.
Collaborate with engineers and designers to create user-friendly workflows.
Participate in code reviews, contribute to best practices, and improve development processes.
Work directly with end users to address operational needs and real-world problems.

Proven experience in web development, preferably with React and TypeScript.
Strong experience designing backend APIs and efficient database schemas.
Ability to independently manage project scopes, set realistic timelines, and resolve issues autonomously.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration in a distributed team.
Experience with strongly typed programming languages, with Java preferred, is a nice-to-have.
Experience with frontend testing frameworks or other code-quality tools is a nice-to-have.
Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and tools for monitoring and optimizing distributed systems is a nice-to-have.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is a nice-to-have.
