Responsibilities
- Partner with public sector clients to scope problems, collect feedback, and implement solutions, including spending up to two weeks per month in client offices.
- Architect and build production-grade full-stack applications integrating AI models, interactive UIs, backend APIs, and supporting systems.
- Deploy and manage infrastructure in cloud environments with attention to security, scalability, system integrity, and reliability.
- Contribute reusable core platform features for diverse international client use cases.
- Collaborate with design, product, data, and operations teams within broader technical architectures.
- Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot end-to-end solutions within customer infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of post-graduation full-stack engineering experience.
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Next.js, Python, Node.js, PostgreSQL or MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Ability to architect scalable, production-grade applications and manage cloud infrastructure health.
- Experience working directly in customer infrastructure to deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot complex solutions.
- Experience building solutions with LLMs and a deep understanding of the generative AI landscape.
- Strong technical maturity, self-direction, and ability to navigate ambiguous requirements.
- Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Prior forward-deployed or dedicated customer engineering experience is a plus.
- Cross-functional operations experience is a plus.
