Responsibilities
- Build mini, data-driven versions of existing games as playable ads.
- Collaborate with User Acquisition and Creative teams on gameplay focus, user journeys, key messages, target geographies, hypotheses, and strategies.
- Code, maintain, package, test, and optimize playable ads using Unity and C# across advertising networks.
- Animate and integrate creative assets and build customizable, instrumented interactive end cards for A/B testing.
- Improve template-based playable production workflows for rapid iteration.
- Create and iterate playable ad variants to test hypotheses and maximize conversion.
- Use AI-assisted development and in-house tools to accelerate coding, refactoring, documentation, and mass production.
Requirements
- 6–12 months of experience with Unity or mobile game development.
- Experience using C# to create engaging, lightweight playable ads.
- Familiarity with casual or hyper-casual games is preferred, and music or rhythm game experience is a strong plus.
- Experience with web game frameworks such as Cocos or Phaser is a plus.
- Ability to apply common game programming patterns including singleton, observer, facade, and object pooling.
- Experience with Luna is a strong plus but not required; training is provided.
- Ability to use English for documentation, communication with the Luna team, and technical issue explanation.
- Collaborative, curious, hardworking, adaptable, and passionate about games.
