Base Salary

$79k - $148k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle with a concentration in software engineering.
  • Develop and maintain software systems independently and as part of an Agile team.
  • Collaborate with software designers and engineers on software planning, design, development, and utilization.
  • Solve complex problems and deliver necessary software on schedule.
  • Demonstrate progress regularly to customers and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Support software testing, database-related work, and project execution activities.

Requirements

  • Software Engineer qualification: high school diploma with at least 6 years of software development experience, a STEM bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience, or a STEM master's degree with 0 years of experience.
  • Principal Software Engineer qualification: high school diploma with at least 9 years of software development experience, a STEM bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience, or a STEM master's degree with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Active U.S. Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance is required.
  • Experience as a Full Stack Software Developer and demonstrated experience with Java are required.
  • Experience with Linux, relational database management systems including Oracle/PDBs, and SQL is required.
  • Familiarity with software testing, including integration and unit testing, is required.
  • Preferred qualifications include Agile software development, enterprise databases, DevOps/DevSecOps, CI/CD, Jenkins builds, software security tools, SonarQube, IDEs, and BitBucket.
  • Strong communication, prioritization, problem-solving, and collaboration skills are required.
  • Ability to work full time on-site in Bellevue, Nebraska is required.
