Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and optimize custom software components across systems and applications.
- Integrate Large Language Models into complex software architectures and cloud-based AI deployments.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead best practices that improve software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate with stakeholders on business and technical requirements.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience designing and optimizing algorithms for natural language processing tasks.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to integrate LLMs into complex software architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI services and deployment strategies.
- Experience with Python on Azure, AI Agents & Workflow Integration, or Microsoft Azure AI Foundry is preferred.
