Responsibilities

Design and build scalable React Native applications powered by shared mobile and backend modules.
Drive a modular, reusable architecture with clear contracts and boundaries between components.
Lead complex projects from technical design through delivery, iteration, and production ownership.
Translate ambiguous product ideas into technical plans while balancing speed, quality, and scalability.
Use, review, and refine AI-generated code with tools such as Claude and Codex.
Improve shared UI systems, component libraries, and developer tooling.
Own application quality, performance, reliability, observability, and production debugging.
Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and raise engineering standards.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and Mobile teams.
Support release processes, app store deployments, and post-launch improvements.

At least 5 years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on React Native experience.
Deep proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript and modern mobile development practices.
Experience building and shipping production-grade mobile applications at scale.
Strong understanding of mobile architecture, modular systems, and scalable design patterns.
Experience owning features or systems from design through production and iteration.
Ability to make technical decisions independently and navigate ambiguity.
Experience integrating complex backend systems and APIs into mobile applications.
Strong experience using AI developer tools in production workflows.
High code-quality standards and the ability to review and guide others’ work.
Experience improving mobile application performance, reliability, and developer experience.
Strong communication and cross-functional influence skills.
Preferred experience with native mobile development using Swift, Kotlin, or Java.
Preferred experience with cross-platform or shared architecture systems, crypto or financial applications, third-party integrations, CI/CD and release automation, app store processes, secure key management, authentication flows, or MPC wallets.
