Responsibilities
- Extend and maintain the internal A/B testing and metrics platforms.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers on experimentation methodologies.
- Develop tools to assist cross-functional teams in making data-driven decisions.
- Mentor team members and promote engineering excellence.
- Translate pain points into reliable self-serve solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of working experience in a similar field/environment.
- Strong knowledge of Python, Airflow, Snowflake, and dbt in a production environment.
- Proficient in SQL and React.
- Ability to balance urgency with high-quality solutions.
- Experience working with a large codebase on a cross-functional team.
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a startup environment.
- Strong sense of ownership.
