Responsibilities
- Build and maintain key surfaces within the Flutter-based Google Pay app.
- Implement features, develop user interfaces, optimize performance, and integrate Remote Procedure Calls.
- Write high-quality, well-tested, and maintainable code for Android/iOS, Flutter, Java, and Dart.
- Own complete user flows with a focus on business logic, performance, and latency.
- Collaborate with Product Manager and User Experience partners to drive features end to end.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages, or 1 year with an advanced degree.
- Experience with mobile development using Android, iOS, or Flutter.
- Preferred experience with full-stack development across Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases.
- Preferred experience building systems that scale to millions of users globally.
